Welcome to the website of Chicago Malayalee Association (CMA), a non-profit, non-political, non-religious cultural organization working towards the betterment of the social lifestyle of Keralites (Malayalees) in the Midwest, especially in the state of Illinois and Greater Chicago Land.CMA is one of the premier cultural organizations of Midwest US with more than 600+ members.
We -- Malayalees -- come from the southernmost state of India, Kerala. Also known as "God's own country", Kerala is one of the most beautiful places on planet earth. Our native language is "Malayalam" and so the name "Malayalees". We, CMA, tries to bring in the great traditions and culture of Kerala through our highly acclaimed Art events/Stage shows as well as sports, literary activities & charity initiatives. We exhort all Malayalees of Greater Chicagoland to actively participate in the various programs organized by CMA.
